a complete measuring chain

Tulpar Systems is a product family of online analyzers for continuous measurement in industrial water processes, together with fully compatible digital sensors. Measurement, display, alarm, logging and automatic control are combined in a single instrument.

Digital sensors, no cable length limit
The transmitter electronics sit inside the sensor body. The reading travels to the analyzer digitally over RS485 Modbus RTU instead of as a high-impedance analog signal, which removes both the cable length limit and line interference.

It does not just measure — it controls
Three relay outputs with adjustable hysteresis drive a dosing pump, valve or sensor cleaning system directly from the analyzer. An alarm is raised whenever the upper or lower limit is exceeded.

Measurement history is stored on the instrument and displayed as a trend curve, producing the evidence needed to report disinfection performance and process stability.

The 144 × 144 × 118 mm housing mounts in a panel (137 × 137 mm cutout), on a wall or on a pipe. IP65 protection makes it suitable for field cabinets.

Measuring elements fully compatible with the analyzers. In digital sensors the transmitter sits inside the body and the reading is transmitted over RS485 Modbus RTU; electrodes are passive and connect directly to the analyzer.

Conductivity Electrode
Four-pole electrode with a titanium alloy junction and an integrated PT1000 temperature element. The four-pole design keeps the cell constant stable across a wide range and reduces the effect of polarisation and fouling. It covers everything from low-conductivity process water to CIP solutions. This is a passive electrode and connects directly to the T6035 analyzer.

* The CS3740ST electrode measures conductivity and temperature. TDS, salinity and resistivity are calculated by the T6035 analyzer from these two readings; no separate sensor is required. The measurement mode on the T6035 is selected by the user; the display shows the selected parameter together with temperature.

Diomax is an industrial IoT automation system built for water filling, chemical mixing and ClO₂ generation processes. The Tulpar analyzer connects to the Diomax controller over RS485 Modbus RTU and the reading flows to the panel via MQTT. ClO₂, pH and temperature are monitored live, an alarm is raised when a limit is exceeded, and date-filtered measurement reports can be downloaded.

💧 TwinMix Manual Production

We make the ClO₂

TwinMix is a two-component disinfection system that produces a chlorine dioxide solution of 95%+ purity by mixing components A and B with water. No special equipment is required. Used together with a Tulpar analyzer, the actual concentration of the prepared solution is verified on site, so dosing is based on measurement rather than estimation.
